Tomb IGN71 is located on the eastern front of the main massif in sector II of the Khuraymat necropolis. The facade is set back by about 3.5 meters to compensate for the lack of workable rock, and the tomb was elevated by 40 cm from ground level through a terrace about 5 meters wide and 3.5 meters deep. The facade has a squat quadrangular shape, featuring a first row of crowsteps, an attic, a second row of crowsteps, and the remains of angular pilasters. The decorative elements are heavily eroded, leaving only traces of what once existed.
Sandstone, Plaster (first row of crowsteps), Paint film (first row of crowsteps)

The interior includes a main rectangular chamber and a smaller secondary chamber. There are 16 rectangular burial cells carved into the side walls of the main chamber. An opening on the left wall leads directly outside.
