Estia srl
Estia srl is a conservation design and restoration company of cultural heritage founded in 1990 by the current partners. Founders Arch. Rest. Paolo Pecorelli and Rest. Nadia Cavallucci are both graduates from a Higher Education Institutes from the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage and have both carried out teaching activities in restoration education aside their long experience in the practice of restoration. During more than thirty years of activity, the restorers of Estia have mainly worked in restoring architectural an monumental heritage dealing with stone, stucco, mosaic, terracotta and wall paintings. Estia has selected external consultants and companies with specific skills to fulfill the tender’s requests for multidisciplinary expertise and built up a team with the highest profiles.

The scientific group is led by the renowned Prof. Mauro Matteini, former national director of the CNR, accompanied by the competent Prof. Roberto Bugini and Prof. Fabio Fratini, also of the CNR. Diagnostic investigations will be conducted by the innovative spin-off from the University of Camerino, A.R.T. & Co, in collaboration with the cutting-edge laboratories of Mapei. The 3D surveys will be carried out by Geogrà srl, a leader in the field of surveys in Italy. Finally, the IT infrastructure will be developed by ES Progetti e Sistemi di Roma, known for their extensive experience in projects like Open Pompeii.
