Tomb IGN4, a burial chamber without a decorated facade, was carved into the southwestern slope of the massif in sector I of the AlMahjar necropolis. The tomb faces east and is sheltered from direct sunlight by plants growing on the sandy ground in front. It is located a few meters from IGN3 and is protected by a natural canopy formed by an overhang of the rock wall. The tomb’s vertical development was limited by a concave area below the overhang, preventing higher excavation. The entrance is about 1.5 meters above ground, likely to avoid capillary rising damp and salt efflorescence.
The entrance, rectangular with rounded corners, is about 1.30 meters wide and 1.60 meters high. The interior features a rectangular main burial chamber with pit tombs recessed about 50 cm below the entrance threshold, parallel to the side walls. A horizontal plane running along the wall serves as the floor, with the left wall being regular and the right wall further excavated to create additional space.

The ceiling is slightly convex towards the center, and the walls are slightly inclined inward. The threshold is about 80-90 cm thick, with non-uniform internal jambs due to the natural contour of the massif.
