The IGN104 tomb is part of the Sanie necropolis and is situated in Sector II on the north side of the massif, between tombs IGN103 and IGN105. The tomb lacks a decorated facade and is carved into the rock at a level higher than the ground, accessible via natural horizontal stratifications of the rock. The entrance, comparable in size and shape to neighboring tombs IGN103 and IGN105, shows erosion damage on the left side.

Inside, the tomb has a quadrangular plan, approximately 2 meters in height, with four pit tombs and some bones visible on the floor, which is otherwise covered by soil and debris. Residues of white mortar used for burial closures are found at the lower corner between the right and back walls.
