Tomb IGN118 is oriented to the east and located at the point where the main massif of the AlAhmar necropolis curves north. The facade features two half-crowsteps, an Egyptian entablature, decorative rosettes, and a cavity for a cartouche. The entrance has an Ionic door frame with traces of white plaster.

The interior has six elements: two burial niches and four pit tombs, one inside a niche. Several inscriptions, including a Nabataean inscription (JSNab 169) and an Arabic inscription, are present on the facade.
