Tomb IGN119 is located on the eastern slope of the main massif of the AlAhmar necropolis. The facade faces east, with minimal recess into the massif, protected by a protruding rock canopy. The facade consists of two rows of crowsteps: the first row with seven crowsteps and two half-crowsteps, and a second row with a similar configuration.

The facade features an attic flanked by torus moldings and a recessed, undecorated cartouche. The entrance is decorated with a frame crowned by a cornice. The interior includes a main burial chamber with six pit tombs and a funerary niche.
