Tomb IGN124 is located at the north-west corner of the main massif of the AlAhmar necropolis, with the entrance facing west. The facade of the tomb is heavily altered, with only the upper part of the entrance surviving.

The interior consists of a rectangular room with seven pit tombs, six arranged orthogonally to the back wall and one behind them, close to the back wall. The tomb is exposed to direct rainwater and percolation from the top of the massif.
