Tomb IGN138 is located in the Sulaymiyya necropolis and faces west. It is part of a small, significantly eroded massif. The entrance, elevated a few meters above ground level, allows access by following the natural rock configuration. The tomb features an undecorated burial chamber, with a large rectangular opening providing a view of the interior. There is a circular opening on the back wall that connects to a pit tomb on a terrace above the massif.
The interior includes an irregularly shaped burial chamber with a rectangular pit tomb currently covered with sand. The surrounding rock wall exhibits multiple geological defects, including fissures and cavities.
