Tomb IGN23 features two openings one above the other: the lower one has a double access, one corresponding to the right trench of tomb IGN22 and the second on the left trench of tomb IGN24. The upper opening has a single access on the left side corresponding to the right cleaning trench of tomb IGN22. The two levels are not interconnected but are separated by a surface, creating two autonomous spaces. The entrance is elevated about 50 cm from the floor level. In front of the lower opening facing tomb IGN24, there is a step carved into the rock to facilitate access. The underside of the lower entrance facing tomb IGN22 has three circular holes, possibly used for attaching a door or closing element.

The interior spaces are autonomous, with the upper chamber having a rectangular shape due to its single opening, while the lower chamber has a quadrangular shape because of its double opening. The state of conservation is mediocre, with general erosion and delamination phenomena observed on the lower portion and floor level. Capillary rising damp has weakened the stone, causing whitening due to crystallization of soluble salts. The interior presents erosion on the ceiling and walls due to wind channeling through the openings, and the back wall has scaling with partial loss of surface. The internal walls have a lighter color than the exterior, likely due to natural stone alteration from different exposures.
