Tomb IGN25 is located in the southern sector, on the western side of the AlBanat necropolis, elevated about 4.20 meters above the ground level. The tomb lacks any decorated facade, with the exception of a rough cornice. Access to the tomb was likely provided by a staircase carved into the rock below the opening, of which only three steps remain. Another staircase on the right side, also carved into the rock with seven remaining steps, provided access to the upper part. A gutter for runoff water runs horizontally along the upper part of the opening. There is an engraved incision of unknown origin on the left trench.

The interior consists of a burial chamber with five pit tombs, two of which are connected to form an L-shape. Inside one of the pit tombs on the right wall, there is an opening that may serve as a burial cell or extension. The underside of the entrance shows recesses on the left and at the threshold, likely for fitting a closing element. The entrance also has a rudimentary step carved into the rock to facilitate access.
