Tomb IGN28 is located in the southern sector of the AlBanat necropolis, approximately 4.50 meters above the current ground level. The entrance is sheltered by a natural canopy formed by the overhanging rock. The tomb consists of a quadrangular opening recessed about 1 meter into the rock wall, with no decorative elements. The cleaning trenches were excavated only on the sides, creating a right angle with the back wall. Access was likely provided by rock-cut stairs beneath the opening, of which only seven steps remain. The size and height of the entrance are similar to those of tomb IGN25.

The interior consists of a main burial chamber, with an opening on the right side leading to a secondary chamber. The secondary chamber is situated at a lower level and mirrors the perimeter of the main chamber, extending further to the right. Inside the secondary chamber are five rectangular pit tombs, arranged with three in a row and one placed perpendicularly. The last pit tomb on the right has a small opening connecting it directly to tomb IGN29, likely created unintentionally during construction. The back and right walls display uneven levels and different degrees of surface finish, suggesting that the work was not fully completed.
