Tomb IGN35 is located at the southern end of the AlBanat necropolis, in an area where the vertical development of the massif is limited, resulting in a facade height of less than 3 meters. The tomb is bounded above by a horizontal stratification of sandstone that continues to the nearby IGN37, with another horizontal stratification cutting across the facade at about half its height. The facade features a single row of five crowsteps and two half-crowsteps at the corners, supported by two pilasters with pseudo-Doric capitals, and is decorated at the lower level by a single-band architrave with a cornice. The entrance is surrounded by an Ionic cornice with continuous moulding, and the anepigraphic cartouche is recessed 1 cm into the rock. Plaster remnants are visible on the architrave and between the last crowstep and the half-crowstep on the right.

The burial chamber contains three rectangular niches in the back wall, less than 2 meters high, and another niche on the left side of the right wall. Adjacent to this niche are two stacked burial cells, with traces of mortar likely used for sealing the cells visible along their edges. The upper edge of the lower burial cell features a groove.
