Tomb IGN38 is situated on the southern side of AlBanat’s main massif, between tombs IGN37 and IGN39, facing south. The facade of the tomb is slightly recessed from the original surface of the massif, with the entrance located nearly a meter above ground level. The exterior of the tomb is characterized by a simple facade devoid of decorations. The entrance, particularly deep at about 1.5 meters, shows coarse workmanship, especially on the underside. The side of the massif features horizontal stratification that serves as a natural canopy for the tomb.

The interior comprises a rectangular burial chamber with one burial cell on the left side of the counterfacade and two on the right wall. An opening on the back wall leads to a secondary, narrower rectangular chamber, with a raised platform (bench) on the right side, approximately 30 cm high and extending the length of the room.
