Tomb IGN49 is situated in the Khuraymat necropolis and is located in a massif within sector I that does not host other structures. The entrance faces east, carved at the southern end of the massif where the rock wall decreases in height to about 4-5 meters. The tomb consists of a burial chamber with a rectangular plan, devoid of a decorated façade. The original entrance is not visible due to the accumulation of sand and debris, making it unclear whether the chamber was originally closed by a counter-facade.

The interior is a single, irregularly shaped burial chamber without additional burial structures. Pottery fragments found suggest the presence of other artifacts beneath the sand.
