Tomb IGN59 is located on the western side of the smaller massif in sector II of the Khuraymat necropolis, facing southwest. The facade belongs to the proto-Hegra type 2 style, decorated with two half-crowsteps, an Egyptian cornice, frieze, and architrave, supported by angular pilasters with Nabataean Corinthian capitals. The entrance is framed by a pediment with central and right lateral acroteria. The cartouche above the entrance is anepigraphic.

The burial chamber contains a deep rectangular niche on the back wall, a burial cell on the left wall, and another niche on the right wall, which now communicates with the adjacent tomb IGN58 due to a likely error during excavation.
