Tomb IGN65 is located on the eastern side of the main massif in sector II of the Khuraymat necropolis. The facade, slightly recessed, faces southeast and is particularly affected by the natural conformation of the rock, such as alveolization and stratification joints. The tomb’s development was limited by the construction of the adjacent tomb IGN66, built immediately next to IGN65 at a greater depth. The entrance to the tomb is at ground level.

The interior features a main quadrangular chamber with beveled corners and a low ceiling, as well as a secondary chamber accessed through an opening in the back wall. The chamber contains four rectangular burial cells—three on the left wall and one on the right—and a rectangular burial niche on the right wall.
