Tomb IGN69 is situated halfway up the eastern slope of the main massif in sector II of the Khuraymat necropolis. The tomb faces west, and it is uncertain whether it once had a decorated facade or if it always lacked decoration.

The entrance is raised about 1.50 meters above ground level, and the tomb shows extensive erosion, particularly in the upper section, with deep concavities caused by alveolization. The interior features a circular chamber without any internal structures.
