Tomb IGN70 is carved in the middle of the eastern slope of the main massif in sector II of the Khuraymat necropolis, facing west. The tomb’s facade is heavily eroded, with much of the worked stone lost. The upper section is affected by open and deep horizontal cracks, particularly under the remains of what might have been an Egyptian entablature.

The entrance is regular, though the upper part is eroded into an inverted V shape. The interior chamber is square-shaped with a very low ceiling, about 1.30 meters high, and contains a niche on the right wall.
