Tomb IGN72 is located in the southern part of the eastern flank of the main massif in sector II of the Khuraymat necropolis, facing southeast. The tomb is about 4-5 meters above ground level, with a path connecting it to tomb IGN73. The facade belongs to the proto-Hegra 1 style, featuring two half-crowsteps, an Egyptian entablature, and pseudo-Doric capitals. The entrance is framed by an Ionic door frame with visible tenons used for the door. The interior has a main burial chamber with six burial cells and three pit tombs.

The chamber includes two burial cells on the right wall, four on the back wall, and three pit tombs. There are also remnants of white mortar used to seal the elements, as well as numerous bones, wood fragments, fabric scraps, and rope.
