Tomb IGN74 is situated on the eastern side of the main massif in sector II of the Khuraymat necropolis, within a small recess that shelters it from the wind. The tomb features a facade of the proto-Hegra 1 type, with two half-crowsteps on a plain background, an Egyptian entablature consisting of a cornice and architrave, and two angular pilasters, though the decoration is no longer recognizable due to erosion.

The entrance, located 50 cm above ground level, is decorated with a simple Ionic door-frame. Above the entrance, there is a rectangular excavation intended to house a cartouche. Between the two half-crowsteps, there is an engraving depicting a hunting scene with a human figure on horseback throwing a spear at another animal. The interior consists of a main irregularly shaped room and a rectangular pit tomb on the left side. The back wall features irregular excavations.
