Tomb IGN75 is situated south of the eastern front of the main massif in sector II of the Khuraymat necropolis, facing east. The facade features two rows of crowsteps. The upper row consists of five crowsteps and two lateral half-crowsteps, followed by an architrave and attic, while the lower row mirrors the same composition. A rectangular excavation below the lower row likely housed an epigraphic cartouche, though it is no longer present. The facade is simple, with a rectangular undecorated entrance. There are two rosettes and a mask centered on the attic, with the mask possibly representing Humbaba or the god Bes. The wide cleaning trenches on either side end at the same height as the facade, with a horizontal burial cell carved into the left trench.
