Tomb IGN79 belongs to the type with a single row of crowsteps and was carved on an outcrop of the eastern slope of the massif belonging to sector III of the Khuraymat necropolis. The facade faces northwest, resulting in it being almost permanently shaded. The tomb does not have an excavated chamber but is located next to ten pit tombs on the opposite side of the same promontory. A significant feature of the tomb is an undated inscription located about 20 meters high on the wall to the left. The tomb is set back about 1 meter into the massif, with the carved part emerging about 1.5 meters above the ground.
The facade includes a row of crowsteps, a torus moulding, a false architrave, an architrave, and two angular pilasters with a pseudo-Doric capital on the left side. The right pilaster and capital have been lost.
