Tomb IGN86 is located at the curve at the end of the natural inlet in sector III of the Khuraymat necropolis, facing east. The facade consists of two half-crowsteps, an Egyptian entablature, and two angular pilasters with Nabataean Corinthian capitals. The entrance features a pediment with three acroterial supports but lacks acroteria. The tympanum is decorated with reverse V-shaped incisions, and the facade includes seven square holes likely used for attaching additional decorative elements.

The interior consists of a quadrangular chamber with four burial niches and two burial cells, one of which is unfinished. The niches are vertically oriented, while the burial cells are horizontally oriented.
