Tomb IGN98, located in sector IV of the Khuraymat necropolis, features a façade with two half-crowsteps, an Egyptian entablature, and a Greco-Roman entablature. The entrance is adorned with a plain tympanum and two pilasters flanked by half-columns, both eroded. The façade is preceded by an irregular terrace with a pit tomb covered in sand. A drainage channel at the top channels runoff water to the lateral trenches.

The interior contains a rectangular main chamber with two burial cells and a burial niche, with angular recesses on the left and right sides. The interior displays orange veins and mortar remnants around the burial cells, likely used for sealing.
